If you don’t feel you have the ability to defend yourself, it’s imperative you learn how and this article will help. We don’t want you to be a victim, we want you to be the women who knows how to fight back any perpetrator who attempts to hurt you or rob you. Every woman has the capability of being strong and powerful when it comes to fighting back from any attacker. You just need to understand the weapons you can use and how to use them effectively.

We need to look at some things you can do to even the odds if you are faced with someone bigger, stronger and faster than you. Below are some effective weapons you can have in your possession, either in your home or in your purse, or in your car.
