- Work experience: Securing a job as a Copywriter, just like any other marketing job, isn’t going to be easy and there is immense competition for any job openings. It is, therefore, vital that your CV is full of examples and reasons why you would be the ideal candidate for the job. Good examples include; having previous work experience, having a personal blog, writing guest posts for newspapers, writing articles as a hobby and working on writing your first book for publishing.
