Vanilla Buttercream
Yes I know this is a simple icing, but I have to post this because I am going to post a stunning cake that uses this one. I will post that cake recipe later this week. So wait for it. So I hope you like it and let me know if you have any doubts.
Ingredients for Buttercream Icing
Unsalted Butter
Use soft unsalted butter for making buttercream so the buttercream doesn't turn salty. Also use soft unsalted butter so the frosting is creamy. Don't use too soft butter.
Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar
Make sure you sieve the icing sugar for smooth buttercream.
Vanilla Essence
Pure vanilla intensify the vanilla flavour.

Aarthi, for how many days it stays good. Whether we have to do icing for cake on same day or it can be stored in fridge and can be used later. Please reply
Thanks
Reply
Aarthi
@AnonymousI dont recommend storing it, you have to make it fresh. If you store it in fridge it will get hard.
